Jewel Charity Ball Guest Information

Exciting news! We are preparing the The 71st Jewel Charity Ball invitation mailing list and need you and your guests' mailing and contact information. Please provide a phone number and email address so that you and your guests can pre-register for a better experience the night of the Ball. Invitations will be delivered mid-January!

Please submit your Ball Guest information by Friday, January 2.

If inviting couples, you will NOT have to fill in all of the blanks listed on the form.

The Jewel Charity Ball will be held on March 7, 2026, at Will Rogers – Amon G. Carter Jr. Exhibits Hall.
